BANQUET FACILITIES

22nd Street Landing Restaurant offers two banquet areas: the Upper Bar (semi-private) and Banquet Room (private).

Banquet Room: The Banquet Room (28' X 28') is located at the south west corner of the restaurant. The room has a beautiful tin-lined ceiling, a full view of the marina, and a private outdoor balcony (28' X 8') with outdoor seating. We are usually able to accommodate up to 60 guests in the banquet room at this time if meals are pre-ordered.

Upper Bar: The restaurant has an elevated cocktail area (Upper Bar) that seats up to 25 guests. This semi-private area is separated from the dining room by a half wall on three sides, which allows for a relaxing view of the marina, and a full wall with arched picture windows, each delicately etched with swimming swordfish, on the south side.
