BANQUET FACILITIES

22nd Street Landing Restaurant offers two banquet areas: the Banquet Room (private) and Upper Bar (semi-private) . Some details about both are listed below.

BANQUET ROOM:

The Banquet Room (28' X 28') is located at the south west corner of the restaurant. The room has a beautiful tin-lined ceiling, a full view of the marina, and an outdoor balcony (28' X 8') with outdoor seating. We are usually able to accommodate up to 60 guests in the banquet room at this time if meals are pre-ordered.

UPPER BAR:

The restaurant has an elevated cocktail area (Upper Bar) that seats up to 25 guests. This semi-private area also has a full view of the marina and is separated from the dining room by a half wall on three sides and a full wall with arched picture windows, each delicately etched with swimming swordfish, on the south side.
